Quality Control
Quality control follows the approved product and packaging specification. Factory & Production Capacity
WIKA Packing operates its own manufacturing facility in Xinhe County, Hebei Province, China, with two automatic production lines. Overall daily output can reach up to 30,000 pieces across applicable in-house operations, depending on product type, specifications and customization requirements. This capacity statement is not extended to every partner-sourced component.
Factory Audits & Social Compliance
WIKA Packing has completed BSCI and Disney factory audits. These are factory-level audit and social-compliance references, not product certifications for individual cases, cloths, cleaning solution or packaging components.
