Refund & Return Policy
At WIKA Packaging, most of our products are made to order and customized according to each customer’s specific requirements, including design, logo, material, size, color, structure, and packaging details. Due to the customized nature of our business, our refund and return policy differs from that of standard retail stores.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Type
Most of our orders are custom B2B production orders, including but not limited to:
- Customized eyewear cases
- Sunglasses packaging
- Cleaning cloths with logo
- Paper boxes and paper bags
- Packaging sets and other made-to-order products
2. Custom Orders
For customized or personalized products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not accepted once:
- the artwork, logo, size, material, color, or other specifications have been confirmed by the customer; and/or
- production has started.
Because these products are manufactured specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold to others.
3. Samples
Sample orders are generally non-refundable. If a sample arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or not in accordance with the confirmed order, please contact us in writing within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods.
Please provide:
- your order number or reference number
- clear photos or videos showing the issue
- a brief description of the problem
- the quantity affected
After review and confirmation, we will offer a reasonable solution, which may include:
- replacement of the affected products
- partial refund
- full refund, only where the issue is confirmed to have been caused by our side
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- customized products without quality issues
- cancellations after production has started
- minor color, size, weight, texture, or finishing variations within normal manufacturing tolerance
- differences caused by screen display, submitted artwork files, or customer-approved specifications
- issues arising from customer-approved artwork, measurements, spelling, or packaging details
- delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control
- products that have been used, altered, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery
6. Order Changes or Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Before production starts: changes or cancellation may be possible
- After production starts: cancellation is generally not accepted, and any costs already incurred may be charged
7. Return Authorization
No product should be returned without our prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, bank fees, and other related costs are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to our confirmed error.
