Buyer questions

Answers for MOQ, samples and delivery

What is the usual MOQ?

Use the MOQ shown on the product or collection page as the working starting point. If the page does not show it yet, ask us and we will confirm it against the current structure and branding scope.

Can you make samples before bulk production?

Yes. Sample development is available before bulk production so buyers can confirm the structure, branding position and visible presentation details.

Can you add our logo?

Yes. Logo and artwork can be reviewed for cases, boxes, pouches, cloths and care items where the current format provides a suitable branding area.

Can material, color or structure be adjusted?

Yes. We normally work from the closest visible format first, then confirm what should stay the same and what should be changed for the project.

How long does bulk production take?

Production timing depends on the approved sample, quantity and packaging scope. Final timing should always be aligned with the confirmed structure and branding details.

Do you support complete packaging sets?

Yes. WIKA can support coordinated projects that combine case, pouch, cloth, box, bag and care items where that matches the packaging plan.

Can you arrange DDP shipping?

DDP service can be arranged for many destination countries where the selected route and local delivery setup support it.

What should I send to start?

The most useful starting information is the product reference or page link, target quantity, logo file, preferred timeline and destination country.

Still need help?

Send the project brief and we will narrow the next step

If you already know the product type or collection closest to your project, send it together with quantity and destination so we can keep the next reply more specific.
