- shipping marks
- any other production specifications

We are not responsible for issues arising from customer-approved artwork, files, measurements, spelling, or other confirmed specifications.

5. Pricing and Quotations
All prices, quotations, and commercial terms are subject to confirmation and may change without notice before final order confirmation.

Quoted prices may depend on factors including:
- order quantity
- customization requirements
- materials
- packaging
- shipping terms
- destination
- exchange rate fluctuations
- other production-related costs

A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation or, if no period is stated, for a commercially reasonable time.

6. Samples
Sample availability, sample charges, shipping costs, and sample lead times will be communicated separately. Samples are generally provided for reference and approval purposes only and may differ slightly from mass production due to production method, material batch, or manufacturing tolerance.

7. Orders, Production, and Lead Time
Production will begin only after all relevant order details are confirmed and any required deposit or advance payment has been received.

Any estimated production time or shipment time is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, force majeure, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

8. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified separately in quotations, proforma invoices, or order confirmations. Customers agree to make payment according to the agreed terms.

If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to suspend production, withhold shipment, cancel the order, or revise delivery schedules.

Any bank charges, intermediary fees, taxes, customs duties, or similar charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, methods, and responsibilities will be based on the agreed trade terms and shipping arrangements.

Risk of loss or delay may pass according to the agreed shipping terms. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, customs inspections, port congestion, force majeure, or other events beyond our direct control.

10. Inspection and Claims
Customers should inspect goods promptly upon receipt.

Any claim regarding quantity shortage, damage, defect, or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days after receipt of goods, together with clear supporting evidence such as photos, videos, packaging details, and quantity records.

Failure to submit a timely claim may be deemed acceptance of the goods.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Orders

Because most of our products are customized and made to order, returns, cancellations, or refunds are generally not accepted once specifications are confirmed and production has started, except where products are proven to be defective or inconsistent with the confirmed order due to our fault.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, layouts, product descriptions, logos, icons, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to WIKA Packaging unless otherwise stated.
