Step 2: Quotation

Based on your requirements, we provide a detailed quotation covering:

  • Unit price based on quantity
  • Sample fee (refundable against bulk order)
  • Production timeline
  • Shipping cost estimate

Step 3: Sample Production

Once you approve the quotation, we produce a pre-production sample for your review.

  • Sample time: 7-15 days
  • You verify size, material, color, logo placement, and overall quality
  • Revisions available until you are fully satisfied

Step 4: Sample Approval & Order Confirmation

After you approve the sample:

  • Confirm final order quantity
  • Arrange deposit payment (typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment)
  • Production begins immediately

Step 5: Mass Production

Your order enters our production line with quality checks at every stage:

  • Production time: 15-30 days depending on quantity and complexity
  • Progress photos provided during production
  • In-process quality inspection

Step 6: Quality Inspection & Shipping

Before shipment, every order undergoes final quality inspection. We then arrange shipping via your preferred method:

  • Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 5-7 days to US/EU/AU
  • Air Freight: 7-12 days
  • Sea Freight: 20-35 days
  • DDP service available for US customers

Step 7: After-Sales Support

Our service does not end at delivery. We provide ongoing support for reorders, design updates, and any quality concerns.
