Custom glasses cases are protective eyewear cases produced around a buyer’s selected case model, approved branding requirements and confirmed specifications. Eyewear brands, optical retailers, distributors and wholesalers commonly use them for product presentation, retail packaging and branded eyewear programs.

Glasses Case Options in This Collection

The current collection includes hard-shell and clamshell cases, flip-top cases, foldable triangle and origami-style cases, envelope and flap cases, PU leather styles, metal styles, and two-tone or color-block designs. Each product page shows the available structure and confirmed product details for that model; materials, construction and customization scope are not identical across all cases.

Customization for B2B Eyewear Projects

Depending on the selected model, confirmed options can include logo placement or artwork, exterior color and surface finish, case profile or size adjustment, closure or flap details, lining choices, hardware finish, and selected packaging or accessory pairings. Some options are available only for selected models and remain subject to the case structure and project specification. WIKA Packing supports both OEM and ODM glasses case projects. Some logo-printing processes and certain supporting packaging materials may be arranged through managed production partners.

MOQ for Custom Glasses Cases

Most custom glasses case models have a typical MOQ of 1,000 pieces. A limited number of selected models may support orders from 200 pieces, subject to model availability, case structure and customization requirements. Buyers should confirm the applicable MOQ for the selected model when requesting a quotation.

Samples and Project Process

Custom samples are available. Sample development time varies by case model, material, structure and customization requirements, and WIKA Packing confirms the expected timeline during quotation or sample development. The buyer is responsible for the sample fee and express shipping cost.

A typical custom project covers model selection, specification and artwork review, sample development, sample approval, mass production, quality inspection, packaging and shipment. Production and shipping timelines are confirmed for each project rather than treated as an online retail purchase.

Across its eyewear packaging operations, the factory operates two automatic production lines, with overall daily output of up to 30,000 pieces depending on product type and customization requirements.
